2014-2020 Ex post evaluation of ESF and YEI

Education and training, Employment and social affairs

The evaluation will analyse effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, and EU added value of actions funded by the ESF including the YEI under the 2014-2020 programming period. It will also address the complementarity and coherence with other funds and include cross-cutting horizontal assessments. It will address all ESF investment priorities in order to obtain a complete overview of ESF and YEI including CRII, CRII+, REACT-EU and CARE support. The study will cover all 27 Member States and the UK.
