Foreign affairs and security policy

Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) members are main international suppliers of hydrocarbons. Over years, they have raised their political and security profile in EU’s direct neighbourhood. The overcoming of the GCC rift opens opportunities to resume bi-regional relations. In this context, this policy initiative explores the contours of the partnership with the Gulf through a multi-sector approach.
