The aid programme for the Turkish Cypriot community based on Regulation 389/2006 aims to facilitate Cyprus’ reunification by encouraging the economic development of the Turkish Cypriot community, focusing on the economic integration of the island, improving contacts between the two communities and the EU, and preparing for the implementation of EU rules. This evaluation for 2019-2024 will assess the programme's efficiency, effectiveness, relevance, coherence, added value and sustainability.
