Changes to rules for some rice quotas, templates for certificates and to the quantity of a quota to export cheese

The European Commission proposes to modify the rules on the management of some rice tariff quotas that are over demanded. Moreover, it will introduce some technical adjustments to the templates of certificates for inward monitoring arrangements and to the quantities of a tariff quota open for export of cheese to the USA.

We are against imposing a reference quality for erga omnes rice TRQ.If this wrong project is pursued against all ods, implementation 2 years after entry into force is absolutely needed.
