Common Agricultural Policy – advance payments under the EU school fruit, vegetables and milk scheme

This act amends the rules on the payment of the aid and the checks to be carried out under the EU school fruit, vegetables and milk scheme. It takes into account the possibility for Member States to pay advances to aid applicants, as from the 2023/2024 school year.
