Conditions for derogation from mandatory accreditation of official laboratories

Food safety

Regulation (EU) 2017/625 provides for the possibility of designating as official laboratories those not accredited in accordance to EN ISO/IEC 17025 standards. This Delegated Regulation lays down the conditions and circumstances under which the accreditation requirement can be derogated from.
