This Regulation supplements Regulation (EU) 2023/2411: It specifies the requirements for the documentation accompanying the application, lists additional items to be submitted, specifies the criteria for the direct registration procedure, sets out the procedures and conditions to prepare and submit applications to the Office, specifies the content of the notice of appeal and the procedure to submit an appeal, and specifies the content and form of the decisions of the Boards of Appeal.
