This initiative will lay down technical specifications and detailed arrangements for certain exchange of information between the Member States’ business registers. It will include exchange of information on disqualified directors, data on companies and their branches and the detailed list of data to be transmitted for that purpose, and the procedure and technical requirements for the connection of the optional access points to the business registers interconnection system.
