The Commission and the High Representative should deliver a Joint Communication preparing a Euro-Asian connectivity strategy which addresses transport, energy, digital economy, people-to people contacts. The European Union should proactively define and pursue its own comprehensive vision of connectivity in line with its values and interests, working with partners to achieve this vision and common objectives.
