This regular update of the Annexes of the Regulation (EC) No 1099/2008 on energy statistics aims to follow international developments in the energy statistics domain, the technological progress and evolution of the energy market in Europe and the change in energy data needs (in particular, in relation to the European Green Deal, the Regulation on the governance of the energy union and climate and its related legal acts).
