The evaluation will examine the impact of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) towards the general objective "balanced territorial development", focussing on knowledge exchange, innovation and advice to farmers and the forestry sector funded by the Rural Development fund. It will assess whether the CAP’s specific objectives of fostering knowledge transfer and innovation in agriculture, forestry and rural areas are achieved.
