The Commission reports every three years on the application of EU legal provisions on non-discrimination and citizenship of the Union. The report to be issued in 2020 will take stock of developments in that area since the last edition of the report in 2017. It will also provide an outlook for future actions in ensuring that European citizens effectively enjoy their rights.
