EU Design Implementing Regulation

Single market

The alignment of Council Regulation (EC) No 6/2002 on European Union designs with Articles 290 and 291 TFEU by Regulation (EU) 2024/2822 makes it necessary to replace the existing Commission Implementing Regulation (EC) No 2245/2002. The required new Implementing Regulation shall lay down rules specifying the details to be contained in applications for registered EU designs and other requests related to those designs.
