Under the provisions set out in Regulation (EU) 2018/1726 (Art. 39), the Commission shall evaluate the performance of eu-LISA by 12 December 2023, and every five years thereafter. The Commission shall report to the European Parliament, to the Council and to the Management Board on the findings of the evaluation.
