The objective is to perform an independent external evaluation of the application of the EU Regulation 2015/1017. It should include the functioning of the European Fund for Strategic Investments, the use of the EU guarantee, the activity of the European Investment Advisory Hub, as well as of the European Investment Project Portal. The conclusions and recommendations of the evaluation will serve to assess the extent to which the EFSI, the EIAH and the EIPP are achieving their objectives.
