The Commission shall carry out an evaluation of the European Border and Coast Guard Regulation by 5 December 2023. The evaluation will look at the effectiveness, efficiency, relevance and coherence and EU added value. Additionally the Commission shall carry out a review of the standing corps of Frontex by 31 December 2023. The review will assess the overall number and composition of the standing corps.
