The evaluation will assess to what extent the currently applicable Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) Regulations (e.g.: the rural development Regulation, the direct payments Regulation, the horizontal Regulation, the sCMO Regulation) address generational renewal, local growth/development and the quality of employment in rural areas. It will study effectiveness, efficiency, coherence, relevance and EU added value of the CAP regulations concerned.
