Evaluation of the impact of the CAP on habitats, landscapes and biodiversity

Agriculture and rural development

The evaluation covers all CAP measures impacting on habitats, landscape and biodiversity. The impact analysis will focus on extension and quality of habitats, variety of landscapes, as well as level, quality and geographical presence of biodiversity. Particular reference is to relevant EU environment legislation as the Natura 2000-Directives. Effectiveness, efficiency, coherence, relevance and EU added value will be assessed.
