The evaluation will be carried out before the start of the negotiations on a new Protocol to the Sustainable Fisheries Partnership Agreement (SFPA) between the EU and Republic of Cabo Verde. It will consist of a retrospective part of the current protocol to the SFPA, and of a forward looking part covering a possible renewal of the protocol.
