This evaluation aims to assess the early implementation period of the Regulation on serious cross-border threats to health adopted in 2022. In particular, it will assess the changes made in the operation of the Early Warning and Response System and in the epidemiological surveillance network, the coordination of response to a health crisis within the Health Security Committee and the overall Commission's work in strengthened preparedness and response activities provided for in the Regulation.
