Ex-post evaluation REC and EfC programmes (2014-2020) and interim evaluation CERV programme (2021-2027)

Justice and fundamental rights

The evaluation report shall assess the long-term impact and sustainability effects of the Rights, Equality and Citizenship (REC) and the Europe for Citizens (EfC) programmes as well as the preliminary achievements of the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) programme. It shall also address the coherence, synergies with other EU instruments, and continued relevance of CERV. The report shall consider the results of the first part ex-post evaluation of the REC programme.
