This implementing act provides a list of reference standards, specifications and procedures for qualified trust service providers. The standards listed in the implementing act concern in particular the operation and management practices of qualified trust service providers. Procedures included in the implementing act also concern termination plans for qualified trust services, notifications to the supervisory body, and the risk management framework to be applied by qualified trust service providers.
