These implementing acts will establish a list of common indicators on the functioning of the equality bodies designated under Directives 2024/1499 and 2024/1500 on standards for equality bodies. The indicators will cover the human, technical and financial resources, independent functioning, accessibility and effectiveness of equality bodies, as well as developments in their mandate, powers or structure, ensuring the comparability, objectivity and reliability of the data collected at national level.
