The purpose of the evaluation is to assess the programme’s progress towards the achievement of the main objectives since its start (2021). The interim evaluation should contribute to the efficient decision-making process concerning cooperation in the field of taxation under the next multiannual financial framework. It is therefore of the utmost importance that the interim evaluations include satisfactory and sufficient information, both quantitative and qualitative.
