Interim evaluation of the European Education Area

Education and training

The initiative aims at assessing the effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, coherence and EU added value of efforts towards establishing the European Education Area (EEA). It will provide input to the Council, which will review the strategic framework for European cooperation in education and training towards the EEA and beyond (2021-2030), including EU-level targets, governance structure and working methods, and make any necessary adjustments for the 2026-2030 cycle.
