The proposed Commission Implementing Regulation will essentially replace Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/262 and set out the model identification document for equidae which provides identification of the animal, documents its food producing status, serves as zootechnical certificate for breeding purposes and contains information necessary to compete or race.
