Methodology for assessing the potential for efficient heating and cooling

This act aims to simplify the reporting to the Commission and to align its contents with other EU Energy Union acts in time for the second cycle of comprehensive assessment reports due by 31 December 2020. It will update the methodology of Member States’ reports with regard to the establishment of their national efficiency potentials in the heating and cooling sector.
