The evaluation will provide an assessment of the implementation of the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF). In particular, it will assess the progress made so far in achieving the objectives of the RRF Regulation effectively, efficiently and coherently as well as its ongoing relevance and to which extent it created European added value. This evaluation stems from a legal obligation set out in Article 32 of the RRF Regulation.
