Mid-term review of the Charter strategy
Justice and fundamental rights
The Strategy to strengthen the application of the Charter of Fundamental Rights in the EU sets out measures to strengthen the Charter’s application. One of the deliverables is the annual thematic report on the application of the Charter. The Commission will also report on the Strategy’s implementation. The 2025 Charter report will present the results of this mid-term review, including efforts in the EU and Member States, as well as remaining challenges.
