This draft act establishes a mechanism for the peer review of National Cybersecurity Certification Authorities (NCCAs), as set out in Regulation (EU) 2019/881 (Cybersecurity Act). The purpose of this mechanism is to achieve equivalent standards throughout the Union and promote the overall acceptance of European cybersecurity certificates.
