Article 19 (1) (Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 883/2013 which governs the work of the European Anti-Fraud Office, requires the Commission to undertake an evaluation on the application and impact of this Regulation. The purpose of this evaluation is to assess whether the Regulation is still fit for purpose and working as intended. Based on the outcome, the Commission will decide whether the regulation needs to be revised to meet its objectives.
