The package consists of delegated regulations to be adopted by the Commission under Regulation 2023/1114 on markets in crypto-assets further specifying the criteria for an asset-referenced token to be classified as significant, supervisory measures on products intervention powers, procedural rules for the exercise of the power to impose fines or periodic penalty payments by the European Banking Authority and fees charged by the European Banking Authority.
