In view of the fact that Member States shall facilitate the full interoperability of energy services within the Union, Article 24 of the Electricity Directive requires the Commission to adopt interoperability requirements and non-discriminatory and transparent procedures for access to data on metering, consumption as well as data required for customer switching, demand response and other services. The present act will address metering and consumption data. Tool: implementing act
