Supervisory fees and fines or penalty payments for DRSPs under ESMA supervision and the criteria for derogation

This act sets out: - the derogation for those data reporting services providers that will continue to fall under national supervision instead of ESMA supervision; - the fees for supervision that data reporting services providers supervised by ESMA need to pay; - the administrative procedure ESMA needs to follow in imposing fines or penalty payments on data reporting services providers it supervises.
