This draft Delegated Regulation aims at ensuring that the scope of application of the rules regarding ESMA’s supervisory fees for so called ‘data reporting services providers’ includes ‘consolidated tape providers’. The rules cover the height of the authorisation fee and the method to calculate the annual supervisory fees.
