Objectif: Promouvoir les intérêts des producteurs français de céréales à paille : blé tendre, blé dur, orge, sorgho, avoine, seigle… Missions principales: -Exprimer les besoins des producteurs de céréales -Défendre leurs positions auprès des pouvoirs publics français et européens -Travailler au développement des marchés céréaliers -Proposer des réponses aux multiples attentes des consommateurs et de la société : qualité des aliments, protection de l’environnement, lutte contre le changement climatique, développement du milieu rural.
