Response to Initiative on EU taxonomy - environmental objective

The Atlas Copco Group shares its concerns about the reference to at least twice the Union average when it comes to 5.5 Product-as-a-service within the Transition to a circular economy objective. Is there an established average for all types of products to consider or is there a risk of subjective assessments? And, is it reasonable to demand such life span improvements?
