Response to European Affordable Housing Plan

Confindustria Assoimmobiliare welcomes the launch of the call for evidence on housing and firmly believes that a coordinated and unified European response is the most effective path to address the root causes of the housing crisis. Tackling this challenge requires the active involvement of all levels of government, as well as the identification of the most effective ways to engage and mobilize the private sector in order to achieve the shared objectives. The attached document includes an overview of the current market situation in Italy, with a strong focus on the main supply-side challenges and an initial outline of possible solutions.

Response to Revision of EU rules on sustainable finance disclosure

Confindustria Assoimmobiliare welcomed the opportunity to contribute to the public consultation on the revision of the European Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR). Following an internal assessment, a series of detailed observations and targeted proposals have been developed. These aim to be incorporated within the existing disclosure framework, without introducing changes to its overall structure, which has now been broadly assimilated by the market.
