The 28th regime can be a significant improvement to starting and operating a company inside the European Union. This will only work if it truly is a single implementation across every member state, if we get to local flavors of the 28th regime we may as well not bother. + A single, new legal entity for startups + One central EU-level company registry + Standardized, EU-wide investment documents + Harmonized employee stock options + Simple rules for local taxes & employment
