Response to Action Plan on anti-money laundering

Dear Sir/Madam, my name is Federica Rocco and I am the Chief Executive Officer at CryptoValues consortium (the “Consortium”). The Consortium, founded in 2018 on the initiative of The Rock Trading S.r.l., together with other companies of the crypto industry, is an association that brings together some of the most reputable players and professionals in the blockchain and crypto-currency (/crypto-assets) sector. The Consortium wants to be a representative, before the national and European institutions, of the needs and prospects of the crypto ecosystem, in continuous evolution and expansion. Please find attached the feedback concerning a new comprehensive approach to preventing and combating money laundering and terrorism. In the attached letter, the Consortium wants to draw attention specifically to the relationship between AML/CFT regulation and crypto-currency (/crypto-assets).
