We appreciate the opportunity to provide our comments regarding the proposed Commission Delegated Regulation amending and correcting Regulation (EU) No 649/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the listing of pesticides and industrial chemicals (the PIC Regulation) specifically regarding the proposed inclusion of sulfuryl fluoride in Part 1 of Annex I.
