Response to Waste Framework review to reduce waste and the environmental impact of waste management

Ecoembes and EKO KOM welcome the opportunity to contribute to the revision of the EU’s waste framework. We believe that said review should factor in the potential of waste management operations in contributing to the EU’s climate neutrality ambition and the role that Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) has to play in this process.
