ERRIN is a Brussels-based platform of regions strengthening regional research and innovation capacities by exchanging information, sharing best practice, supporting project development, policy shaping and profile raising ERRIN, with over 100 members, helps regions get their voice heard in Brussels and supports the implementation of the Europe2020 Strategy, the Innovation Union flagship initiative and Smart Specialisation. The objectives are: To raise the profile of regions in Europe To link events with ERRIN activities and gather a critical mass for joint actions To offer early information To make strong partnerships both for collaboration and EU projects ERRIN is a facilitator in finding partners for EU projects and funding To make strong links with EU institutions
