Response to Omnibus Regulation Aligning product legislation with the digital age

Please find attached our comments related to digital instruction for use in PPE regulation (2016/425/EU). Some of those comments could apply on the other regulations concern by Omnibus initiative. We understand that the main objective is to authorize digital instructions and information, downloadable from an internet adress, and not only in physical format. However, the wording choosen continue to provide some interpretation and could be understood as instruction to be provided in digital format on a physical device which accompany the product while placed on the market. We highly encourage European Commission to clarify some of the requirements and avoid any interpretation with the downloadable aim for documentation.
