Response to European Innovation Act

Studies show that awakening the "sleeping giant of technology transfer and innovation from science" is possible. If, on the one hand, innovation and scientific success are given equal importance for careers in academia, and, on the other hand, researchers are given low-threshold access to individually tailored assistance and support programs in 360° networks with local innovation stakeholders, significantly more researchers will engage in innovation projects. The simplest approach in this direction would be a corresponding expansion or supplementation of existing innovation ecosystems. The attached document describes fields of action, legal measures, and topics for funding calls to achieve these goals.
