• Demonstrate the societal benefits inherent in investment migration programs – employment creation across a range of industries and socioeconomic levels, enhanced infrastructure, housing etc • Demonstrate the sovereign benefits inherent in investment migration programs – injection of debt free capital and new revenues from enhanced economic activity creates greater monetary and balance sheet autonomy • Demonstrate Henley & Partners commitment to the highest corporate standards in terms of governance and due diligence • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the inherent risks to the industry – and how Henley & Partners and other actors with an interest in best practice are working to mitigate these risks to the point of near irrelevance compared to EU’s primary risks as regards security, intelligence, law enforcement, money laundering and penetration of capital markets by nefarious actors • Work in partnership with EU bodies and stakeholders to ensure value is created safely
