Indeed appreciates the Commissions commitment to building a simpler, more coherent regulatory landscape. The Digital Omnibus presents a constructive opportunity to promote clarity and coordination across the EUs digital rulebook. For this Call for Evidence, Indeed's overarching messages to the Commission are: - Use the Omnibus to enhance coherence across existing legislation. - Focus on clear European institutional dialogue on timelines and practical implementation combined with Member State regulatory cooperation. - Explore refreshed and streamlined data and consent approaches that reduce friction while maintaining trust. - Provide predictable, clear and proportionate guidance on the AI Act.
