Response to Implementing act on the Union list

IPSSA, the International Plant Sterols and Stanols Association, thanks the Commission for its activity on novel foods and the establishing of a draft Union List. At the same time, IPSSA takes the opportunity to submit essential comments related to plant sterols and stanols and focused on the general question of notified novel foods, the correction of some text parts referring to specific EU regulations as well as proposals to harmonize parts of the draft Union List.
