Contribution to the consultation on the European Council Recommendation for a Child Guarantee By Coopselios, Italy Coopselios welcomes the possibility of taking part in the consultation on the Roadmap for ensuring basic services for children in need. Based on almost 40 years of practice and research, we are keen on hereby sharing a set of concepts and recommendations referring to our large-scale service-delivery programme denominated Centre for Education and Parenting (hereafter “CEP”). The content of this contribution is organised on five elements. 1. Coopselios and the Centres for Education and Parenting. 2. Customising services for the family as a long-lasting benefit for the whole community. 3. Parents engagement for enhanced programming and more sustainable actions. 4. The tri-dimensional approach to programming of the Centres for Education and Parenting. 5.
