Lhyfe welcome the draft Delegated Acts (DA) on the production of RFNBOs and on the GHG emission calculation for RFNBOs and RCF issued by the European Commission and recognize the significant efforts made to better reflect the reality of project developers in this early phase: long and complex permitting procedures holding back the deployment of renewables that Europe needs to meet its energy climate objectives.
